HANDBAG

This bag was so easy I wanted the base to be 5" x 3" a decent size to hold a worthwhile gift.
Take a sheet of designer series paper 12x12 and scor at 3 1/2" and 8 1/2" one way and turn and scor at 4 1/2" and 7 1/2" the other way.  From the 4 corner sections cut away all but 1/2" from the scor line.  mitre cut into the scor line from the 1/2" and seal down that 1/2" seam top and bottom to the body of the bag which is the front and back.   the side panels are now adhered with sticky strip to the sealed seam.  From the piece you cut out of the corners punch out 4 blossom punch flowers & brad them together. Spray with water, scrunch up one flower at a time until it is all scrunched, then open it gently till you are happy with the look. Cut out a holiday framelet for the closure fold in half, put a ribbon through for the handles and attach to the back half of the topper.  Sticky strip that back part to the bag and pinch the sides and close the top of the bag & velcro close the bag.
